The Angelina College Procurement Assistance Center was established in September 1992 under a continuing grant from the U.S. Department of Defense - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and matching funding from Angelina College. This is just one of the 178 Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTAC) located throughout the United States and Puerto Rico (http://www.dla.mil/db/procurem.html) providing assistance to small businesses.
